All persons over the age of 18 who is a suburb property owner, companies, close corporations, trusts or a resident of the suburb are invited to become contributing members at the following monthly membership fees:

Working residents :

R140 [ one hundred and forty rand ] per household

Retired persons :

R70 [ seventy rand ] per household for residents who are 60 years of age and older and who would wish to take advantage of the pensioner discount.

Businesses, companies, close corporations and trusts:

R 300 [ three hundred rand ]

Flat-building complexes:

The maximum membership fee for a complex, in its entirety, joining the Association is R70 [ seventy rand per unit ] with a maximum of R700 [ seven hundred rand ]. A complex consisting of eight units will thus be paying R560 [ five hundred and sixty rand ] .

Methods of payment :

Either by means of the attached debit order or, if so preferred, by monthly electronic payments into the MPWRA banking account appearing on the enrolment form.
